What's going on this spring, rain, cold winds which all effect the fishing.

I fished second bank on Monday, surface temps were in the mid 50's and temps at 30 feet were 48.

Not only has it been cold, but the winds have been from the east which keeps cold water on this shore.

Summer should not be far away, allowing the temps to warm and bring some Salmon up north.
